How to Use:
1.Install the drive in your computer operating system. Windows 7 8 10 11 both recognized and automatically installed the drivers, but Winfows XP need to use CD Driver to install Driver.

Instructions:
1. Connect CX93010 modem fax modem: connect CX93010 to the computer USB port, and plug the telephone line into the other end of CX93010.
2. Install the driver: put the driver CD into the CD-ROM drive, plug in the CX93010 fax modem, the computer prompts that it found new hardware-select manual installation-click browse, select the SETUP installation of the corresponding chip on the CD. After the driver is installed, open the control panel-there will be a modem named usb data fax voice modem in the telephone modem option.
3. Install the fax software (take the fax software that comes with the system as an example): For win7, you only need to double-click the FAX printer-tools-fax printer configuration-device in the control panel-printer and fax, and check the box where sending and receiving are allowed. Common problems during installation:
1. My computer CX93010 fax modem is installed correctly, why can't I send or receive faxes?
(1) Check whether the telephone line and crystal head are intact, whether the telephone can be dialed normally after being connected to the telephone, and whether the telephone line is correctly connected to the telephone line interface of the CX93010 fax modem.
(2) Please check whether the sending and receiving services of the server are enabled.
(3) In the "Fax Service" >> "Set Fax Modem Parameters" menu of the server, click "MODEM Auto-Detect" to check whether the MODEM is installed correctly or whether it is occupied by other programs. If a valid modem is not detected, please confirm that the MODEM has been installed; if the MODEM is detected but there are error prompts such as port being occupied, please exit other software that requires MODEM or reinstall the MODEM driver, and then click on "Device Manager" Double-click the MODEM in the opened interface, switch to the "Diagnosis" tab to diagnose the MODEM, make sure that there is no error prompt when diagnosing in the device manager, and then check the MODEM in winFax until there is no error when detecting the MODEM in winFax hint.
(4) The area code in the server option and the control panel-telephone modem option must be set the same.
(5) The computer restarts.
2. Blue screen or automatic restart when sending/receiving faxes?
Do not plug or unplug the Modem when the sending and receiving service is enabled. Plugging or unplugging the Modem in the connected state will cause the system to crash; after replacing the USB port, check the Modem again in the software.
3. Why can't I send a fax when I send it? The reason for the error is "no dial tone"?
There is no dial tone because the MODEM does not detect the line or the current on the line:
(1) The crystal plug of the telephone line is in poor contact, you can take the phone to check whether it can talk, and redo the crystal plug;
(2) The telephone line interface is wrong. The correct connection method should be connected to the LINE port of the MODEM, and then you can use a section of the telephone line to connect the telephone or fax machine from the PHONE port of the MODEM.
(3) Check whether other additional services are activated on the line, such as color ring back tone, etc. These services may affect the line status, cancel these services or replace a line with no service activated.
(4) If none of the above methods work, please try adding the "X1" command after the MODEM initialization command on the MODEM automatic detection interface.
4. Why does it show "The other party is busy" every time I send a fax?
The "Area Code" is not set in the "Server Properties" on the server side; the area code in the control panel-telephone modem option is not set; it is possible that the Modem stops responding, turn off the sending and receiving service and plug the Modem again, and then on the server side-Modem parameters Check it again automatically.
5. Why can't the caller ID be displayed?
If the country and area code are not set correctly, the fax software receiving option should be set to manual receiving. Sometimes the display cannot be displayed when parallel phones are connected. The phone line is directly connected to the LINE port of the Modem, and the external phone or fax machine is unplugged. This fax cat calls AT command AT+VCID=1

6. If the content of the received fax is abnormal, there will be black bars, broken pages, etc.?
Please solve it from the following situations:
1. When the MODEM is receiving fax data, the noise interference on the line is relatively large, just like sometimes there are noises in the phone when making a call. This situation is generally random and not easy to avoid. It can be replaced with a higher quality. Try a good line, or install an ADSL frequency divider on the line, which can filter noise and clutter to a certain extent. You can ask the telecommunications bureau to test whether there are static or noise problems in the line and make adjustments.
2. If other devices (such as fax machines, telephones, etc.) are connected in the middle of the line, remove all other devices and try to receive again.
3. Try to use the 2-core telephone line as shown in the figure below instead of the 4-core telephone line.
4. For faxes sent over the IP channel used by the other party, because the IP phone signal is not enough to ensure the stability and continuity required by the fax, abnormal reception may occur. At this time, it is recommended to try to receive it with a fax machine.
5. Cancel or close the CRBT, voice mail and other services of the line activation. The activation of these services will have a greater impact on the line.
